How to use SIwave to calculate RLCG when Q3D is not available
The first step is to create group pins for all the links of interest: traces or power planes. Select Tools > Group Pins. The second step involves selecting Simulation>RLCG CPA> selecting the CPA or sink/source > selecting the first die in the "Die configuration panel"> selecting VRM in the "VRM setup" by adding a row, then modifying it.
