Improve the resolution of round structures imported into 3D Layout

When importing designs from ODB++ and others, sometimes the round structures are not accurately represented. How to fix that?

To improve that in 3D Layout,

1- Please add an HFSS setup (and use the advanced option).

 

2- Select the "Advanced Meshing" to control the resolution of the pads and the planes.

 

3- Select the "Advanced" panel to control the resolution of the vias:
