Importing Revit files into Ansys Discovery and Workbench.
Ansys does not support the native Revit file formats (*.rvt and *.efa). These files should be imported in the supported file formats.
- Export the Revit model in a supported format, such as *.sat or *.iges.
- To import Revit models directly into SpaceClaim, you need to export the Revit model as a DWG file. Make sure to select "ACIS Solids" in the Solids tab of the DWG/DXF Export Setup dialog.
