Why can I only access one Sherlock Project at a time?

Normally in Sherlock, you can see a list of different inactive and active projects in the left bar:

Sometimes when you open a project, this is not the case, and you can only see one project at a time:

This occurs when you open Sherlock directly from the project directory. 

Instead, you should open Sherlock from the application shortcut or Windows search bar. This opens the Sherlock application with all of the projects available in the side bar.
