      What is the correct way to specify *PART_INERTIA before rotating a model in LS-PrePost for LS-DYNA?

      Specify a local coordinate system in the *PART_INERTIA card before rotating a mesh (not using *PART_TRANSFORM)

      In LS-DYNA, if there are any PART_INERTIA cards, and there is a desire to rotate the model before solving, i.e., by not using PART_TRANSFORM, then a local coordinate system needs to be created and referenced in the LCID field in PART_INERTIA.  Otherwise, the inertial properties will remain fixed with respect to the global coordinate system, thus causing incorrect physical behavior.
