Radiation efficiency issue in HFSS
Addressing radiation efficiency above 1 in HFSS simulations
Radiation efficiency is calculated by integrating power using the mesh on the radiation boundary. You can improve the accuracy of the calculation by applying a mesh operation to the radiation boundary. Typically, you can mesh it using a maximum mesh element length of 1/8 of the wavelength at the highest frequency of interest.
