To fix this, try right-clicking on the ANSYS Workbench shortcut and select Properties. Under Compatibility select "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"

Apparently high resolution monitors can potentially cause this problem. To fix this, try right-clicking on the ANSYS Workbench shortcut and select Properties. Under Compatibility select "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings". Please see the link to the right for reference
