Measuring Moments of Inertia for several bodies using arbitrary coordinate systems in Mechanical
By default, in details panel you can only measure principal moment of inertia for one selected body.
One method is to select the body and use the "Selection Information" tool. Within this tool, you can request that the moments of inertia be displayed. You also have the option to switch between displaying the principal moments of inertia or the moments of inertia in the global coordinate system.Additionally, Ansys Mechanical introduces a new object at the Model level of the Outline called "Measures." This object allows you to specify User-Defined-Criteria for geometric quantities, including the Moment of Inertia. You can scope this object to one or several regions, whether they are optimizable or not, and for the Moment of Inertia, you can also choose the component of interest
