In the lumerical software, where can I find my Ansys customer information?

In the Lumerical software, go to the help menu, then select the about option. The information provided on this screen includes the product version, license expiry date, and account number.

Ansys account number is required to log in to Ansys Customer Portal, as well as  some Ansys services.
