I cannot see the pads in a via in 3D Layout, why?

Some clients notice that when displaying the vias in 3D Layout, they cannot see the pads, so it is hard for them to know if the design is correct.

• In the Layout sub-menu, select Layout settings 

• Deactivate the option: Suppress non-functional internal pads
