The model depth defines the extent of the model in the third dimension, which Maxwell 2D uses to calculate quantities such as force, torque, and inductance.
To set the model depth in Maxwell 2D:
- Go to the Maxwell 2D tab in the ribbon.
- Click on Design Settings.
- Select the Model Depth tab.
- Enter the desired model depth value.
