How to plot power plane-to-signal crosstalk in HFSS 3D Layout?

To plot power plane-to-signal crosstalk in a 3D Layout design, add circuit ports to both the signal lines and the power plane. After running the simulation, the crosstalk can be plotted using S-parameter results by viewing the coupling parameters (Sij) between the power plane ports and signal line ports.

If you would like to inject noise into the circuit, you will need to export the model from 3D Layout and import it into Circuit, where you can add your noise source. From there, you can plot the time-domain crosstalk results.
