How to export a Touchstone (*.sNp) file from HFSS

To export S-parameters as an SNP (Touchstone) file from HFSS, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the simulation has been completed and results are available

2. In the Project tree, right-click the solution setup of interest, and then click Matrix Data on
the shortcut menu, or on the Results tab of the ribbon, click Solution Data

3. Choose the matrix type you wish to display: S-matrix, Y-matrix, Z-matrix, Gamma, or Zo

4. Select the Export tab and click Export Matrix Data

5. From the 'Save as type' drop-down menu, choose the Touchstone (*.sNp) file format. Then, specify the export reference impedance in the provided window and click OK to complete the export

The SNP file will contain the S-parameters data in Touchstone format, which can be used for further analysis or integrated into other software tools.
