How to Reset Your Ansys Profile Folder
Sometime resetting Ansys folder would help resolving issues such as: If seeing unexpected behavior A license is being listed as unavailable. If the user is experiencing graphical related issues with the interface, or for other application problems.
1.) Close all Ansys windows
2.) Open a File Explorer window
3.) In the navigation bar, go to %APPDATA%
4.) In that folder, there should be an "Ansys" folder as shown below. Rename that folder to Ansys.old (If already done this, change to Ansys.old2 , Ansys.old3 etc)
5.) Reopen Ansys and see if this fixes the problem
