How to combine two separate meshes in Ansys Fluent
The process to bring two separate meshes into Fluent:

Open Fluent in Solver Mode
-
File>Read>Mesh (select "mesh1.msh")
-
File>Write>Case (save as "mesh1.cas.gz")
-
File>Read>Mesh ( a new panel will open, click 1 & 2)

It will open a new panel, select "mesh2.msh" and hit OK.

Now let's append "mesh1.cas.gz" file by

Select Append Case Files and locate "mesh1.cas.gz"
-
Fluent will add the new mesh/zones
-
We need to set mesh interfaces between two meshes. Click 1 & 2 like below:
-
This will open a new panel. Select all the surfaces and click create
It should create interfaces (this may take a long time if many interfaces are needed)
