How to change the line width of all points on a plot in HFSS?

To change the line width of all points on a plot in HFSS:

Open Tools menu > Options > General Options > Reporter > Report2D > Curve.

After changing the width of a single point, right click on it and select Copy this row, right click again and select Paste column on all rows then click ok. Once you create a new plot, the line width of all points will change.

The updated settings only apply for new plots. For an existing plot, you need to export it first then import it in a new report. To do that, right click on the plot that already exists > Export then save the .CSV file. After that, create a new plot in Results (with the updated settings), right click on it > Import then open the .CSV file. This will display the results using the point size you defined in the settings.
