How to Apply a Moment Load to a Flexible Body in Workbench LS-DYNA
Moment loads cannot be directly applied to a flexible body in Workbench LS-DYNA. To accomplish this, create a rigid body tied to the flexible body and apply the moment to the rigid body.
The most direct method is to create a rigid body to which the moment is applied, using a Rigid Body Moment load, and tied to the flexible body. Also, a Rigid Body Constraint can be used to create a joint around which the rigid body can rotate.
