      How to add the do-encoding 8b10b

      To calculate the BER more accurately, the line encoding is needed. How to add that.

      Line encoding is used to remove DC and improve BER. Instead of 8bits, we send 10bits. In the EyeSource definition, the Coding panel, change the d0_encoding.
