How to Access the ANSYS circuit COM (Channel Operating Margin) toolkit?
The Channel Operating Margin (COM) toolkit is a tool to calculate the COM figure of merit. COM provides insight about the quality of the passive channel design based on the definition of the IEEE standards.
The COM toolkit is run from within a Circuit (Schematic) design, so you must first insert a design before starting the TRL. You can insert a design by clicking Insert Circuit Design on the Project menu. A Select Substrate window first appears where choose an existing substrate definition or create a new one.
The COM toolkit can be started From the Circuit menu, select Toolkit > COM.
