How do I export a model as a STL file from Ansys Icepak?

To export a model in STL, follow the steps listed below:

• In the message window , type the command enable_stl.
• A STL import/export option will be added to the File drop down menu and the message window will confirm the same.

Navigate to File->Export->STL-Solids

Select the location where the STL files should be exported to and Save.

You should be able to open the STL file using any geometry tool such as Ansys Discovery or Ansys Spaceclaim. An illustration is shown below.
