Calibration Wizard Two Line Method
Objective: Apply the two line calibration test to a known structure to validate the process.
- Two Line Method
- The DUT is a 30mm long transmission line.
- The “fixtures” are edge mounted SMA connectors.
- Calibration Wizard requires 3 input files for the “Two Line” Calibration:
- DUT + fixtures +transmission line with length “l1”
- DUT + fixtures + transmission line with length “l2”
- DUT + fixtures
- Calibration Wizard requires 3 input files for the “Two-Line” Calibration:
- DUT + fixtures +transmission line with length “l1” = 7.5mm

- DUT + fixtures + transmission line with length “l2” = 15mm
- Using the built-in Calibration Wizard in ANSYS Electronic desktop
- Open Calibration Wizard under Tools --> Calibration Wizard
- Result Comparison
